All Cain USA Beef is of highest quality from our own herd and are pasture bred, born, and raised right here in the heartland of America! We NEVER add any hormones to our cattle or to their feed and you will find no trace antibiotics in our beef. Our Cattle are finished in small feeding areas being fed plant feed and corn finished. Combine all of these points, and more, is what it takes to bring America a high quality beef experience, you can taste and see the difference! Our Beef is harvested following humane practices and USDA safety & sanitary standards at local Independent & Family owned USDA Certified facilities. Cain USA Beef offers may cuts you may be familiar with as well as specialty cuts which can be harder to find. If there are cuts you would like but not listed, please let us know and we will try to add them to the next harvest.
Our Beef is hand cut and trimmed so cut thickness and weights may vary; however, they are quality cut with care. Remember, there are 16 ounces (oz) in a pound! Average adult portion of beef is 6 to 8 oz. +/- depending on appetite. (Bone-in cuts double it.) Please remember that every animal’s actual weight is different, and hand cut by individual’s not machines so cut weight will vary.

*Due to variance in cut weights, your payment method will be charged at the listed cost per item upon order. When your order is processed and packaged, your payment will be updated to reflect actual product weight and shipping fees if applicable. We will try to pick cuts close to stated ounces/pounds. Please note in comment section if you prefer a cut larger or smaller than average weight stated and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
